Description
Canine athletes need to be in top-notch shape to compete well during events. They also need to be in good form before performances so they can be exercised as needed during practices prior to the events themselves.
Energy expenditure is higher than the average dog and maintaining that kind of energy should be based on more than caloric requirement.
Feeding the canine athlete should be done withan understanding of how certain nutrients can benefit both performance and the health of the dog.

My trainer suggested I buy this and she was totally right. I didn't even realize how much information I was missing and what a difference it can make to performance. For me, understanding where muscle energy comes from and how to apply that knowledge was the most eye opening. Thank you for a wonderful read. I'll be rereading many times over the years.

So I applied the information provided for my dog who does agility and herding. It's been 2 months. If I could show you the before and after you would be shocked. She was always focused, but it's crazy how much more she is now and her timing is like a different dog. Consistently improved by 3.2 seconds. If you do agility and you have a great dog you can appreciate what 3.2 seconds means in a trial.

I've never left a review before and feel compelled to say the information is remarkable. So on point for those of us who want the best muscle energy and feeding strategy so the dog doesn't injure himself. The information on recovery is brilliant. I so appreciate the opportunity to have this and at such a good price.
